Terms & Conditions

Clear, simple terms for working with TEPEW Distributions. If anything is unclear, contact us — we want every account to start on the right foot.

  1. 01

    Minimum Order

    All orders require a minimum purchase of $500 (excluding taxes and delivery fees). This applies to both new and recurring orders.

  2. 02

    Delivery

    We deliver throughout Bergen County and Northern New Jersey. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size, and quoted at checkout. Same-week delivery for orders placed before Wednesday.

  3. 03

    Free Local Pickup

    Pick up your order free of charge at our store Burgundy's Convenience Store, 4 W Palisade Ave, Englewood, NJ during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm EST). Our warehouse is located directly under the store.

  4. 04

    Damage & Discrepancy Claims

    Inspect your order on arrival. Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt — by email to info@tepewdistributions.com or by phone at 201-503-5734. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored.

    Payment Terms

    Payment is due at time of delivery or pickup. We accept cash, business check, ACH, and major credit cards. Net-30 terms available for established accounts after 6 months of clean payment history.

  6. 06

    Returns

    All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or short-shipped items reported within the 48-hour claim window. Returns must be unopened, in original condition, and pre-approved by us in writing.

  7. 07

    Pricing

    Wholesale pricing is provided at the time of order and is subject to change without prior notice. Promotional and volume discounts apply per the current price list. Quoted prices honored for orders placed within 7 days of the quote.

  8. 08

    Account Eligibility

    TEPEW Distributions sells exclusively to licensed retail businesses. To open an account, we require a valid Resale Certificate, EIN (Federal Tax ID), and a verified business address within our service area.

  9. 09

    Sales Tax

    A valid Resale Certificate on file exempts qualifying orders from New Jersey sales tax. Orders without a Resale Certificate are subject to applicable sales tax.

  10. 10

    Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled at no charge if not yet picked or packed. Orders already in the picking process may incur a 10% restocking fee.
